The Solution
Dimensional Strategies Inc. (DSI) developed a comprehensive Azure Cloud platform to gather, cleanse, and organize both legacy and new platform data from each service provider. This data covered the entire value chain, including sales, marketing, appointment scheduling, service delivery, and ongoing customer management. Each of these sub-processes monitored a unified set of metrics, facilitating the establishment of network-wide best practices and operational enhancements.
