Power Automate was implemented to orchestrate seamless data flows between various source systems, including the client's existing ERP, procurement platforms, and contractor management systems, ensuring that all financial and operational data was automatically consolidated without manual intervention.

The data integration layer utilized Power Platform's native connectors and custom APIs to extract information from multiple disparate sources, thereby creating a unified data model that served as a single source of truth for all capital projects.
